NIREB™ is a group of experienced agents who have gotten to know each other at conventions and invitation only events. We formed NIREB as an advertising co-op to gain recognition. Our goal is to assist Banks, Outsourcers, Hedge Funds and Investors by providing a list of some of the most experienced agents in the country. We qualify in one or more of the following areas: REO, Short Sales, Commercial and yes, regular real estate. We are members of the leading organization (s) and have enough experience to be considered among the best. All of us are Preferred Brokers for one or more of the major Banks or Outsourcers. To join our advertising ranks requires 100 closings, membership in NRBA™ and the recommendation of three Asset Managers. The union helps us double the exposure of our advertising dollars.

WHAT WE ARE NOT: We are not a alternative organization of REO brokers.

• NRBA™ is the organization that screens, approves and trains REO brokers.
• REOMAC™ limits membership to banking affiliations and offers some training.
• Five-Star™ provides a certification program.
• Other groups are developing who specialize in Short Sales or Commercial.   

Membership is limited as follows on a per county basis.

• One (1) member limit for counties up to 1,500,000 population.
• One additional member for each additional 750,000 population per county. Current limit 3 per county.

Rules: One vote per member with majority rule.
