NIREB™ is a group of experienced agents who have gotten to know each other at conventions and invitation only events. We formed NIREB as an advertising co-op to gain recognition. Our goal is to assist Banks, Outsourcers, Hedge Funds and Investors by providing a list of some of the most experienced agents in the country. We qualify in REO  plus one or more of the following areas: Short Sales, Commercial and yes, regular real estate. We are members of the leading organization (s) and have enough experience to be considered among the best. All of us are Preferred Brokers for one or more of the major Banks or Outsourcers. The union helps us double the exposure of our advertising dollars.

Rules:

• One vote per member with majority rule. Vote via surveys.
• Open books so you know where your membership dollars go.
• President only votes in case of ties.
• Separate Forums for Asset Managers and REO Agents each with its own industry board.
• Must support each other for the betterment of all and represent the industry in a professional manner at all times.
• Teach as often and in as many places as the industry allows.
